who invest only in stocks, worrying about inflation shouldn't keep them up at night. Over
the long run, a company's revenue and earnings should increase at the same pace as inflation.

CONCUSIONS :
India Infoline Provided me the opportunity for doing training program in the organizationas management trainee. While doing my sip in the reputed broking firm India infoline, had got a chance for knowing and analyzing the share market and also come to know that
why financial advisors are important for the one who want to invest their money in
equity. We come to know about the business environment and business ethics of the
business world. Also came to know about what does a firm or an organization require or
wants from a employee or a trainee. From the survey, found that India infoline is in the
top three position in the share market.
From the above survey and observation it was found that most of the people who aretrading in share market belongs to the business group, next comes the employees and
other class of income people. As the share market value goes on increasing day by day
the investor who wants to invest in shares also increasing. But investing in shares is as
risky as earning yield
The young people should start investing earlier so that they can reap the benefits ofinvesting in future. People should keep their eye open and keep updating themselves
about various investment avenues so that they can get safe returns.
From this study we have also understand the point of view of the investors to invest theirmoney with the right company at the right time.
