Chapters 1 - 4 (Completed on 9/15/2011)

Kendra and Seth are sent to stay with their Grandma and Grandpa Sorenson. Grandpa orders the children to stay out of the woods. However, Seth disobeys him. While in the forest Seth meets a scary old lady in an ivy shack. He also discovers a hidden pond which he shares with Kendra. Grandpa punishes the children for breaking the rule and punishes them.
