Characteristics of Great Leadership
Leaders with an abundance MentalityThey do not see a competition with only one winner, they see a vast field of opportunity.(Luke 9:49)They never compare themselves with others.(2 Cor 10:12)They are excited about the successes of others. (Luke 10:21)They see others who are better than them, as teachers and friends and not as competitors or enemies (John 14:12)
