DESCRIPTION
This is a home that was built by UCOL students under supervision and will be moved to Carterton around the end of January to be sold. Proceeds will go to charity, namely the Lifelight Trust and The Asthma Foundation. The house is built with sensitive choice products to minimise asthma and allergies. Please support it if you are in the area, it's a great cause and a lot of people have given their time to make this happen.TRANSCRIPT

You are welcome to visit the completed EXPO home, built by the 2012 UCOL pre-trade construction programme students. Applications are open for the 2012 course. If you are interested in building, come and see what an exciting year you could have in 2013 if you enrol now. This house has been built using a number of low allergenic materials that will be of special interest to those who suffer from asthma. Learn more about the Sensitive Choice programme and the Blue Butterfly logo. Surface mounted LED lights have been installed throughout this house – Come and find out about the lighting of the future. See the newest Solatube, incorporating daylight, an extractor fan and LED lights for night time. This project has been generously supported by national and local businesses. Donations from the proceeds of the future sale will be made to the following charities.
