Discover what Charles Dickens’ life was in this itinerary in just four daysCharles Dickens was born in Portsmouth, England, on February 7, 1812. London was the city where he spent most of his life. This year London and Portsmouth are celebrating the 200th birthday of Charles Dickens.His most famous works are “Oliver Twist”, “A Christmas Carol”, “David Copperfield” etc.

ThursdayDeparture flight to London from Málaga. Arrival and transfer with private driver and guide. Check in at the hotel Queen palace at 12.00 p.m and a special British lunch. In the afternoon visit to Westminster Abbey where Dickens is buried. Optional visit to St Luke’s church in Chelsea where Charles and Catherine were married.

Friday

At 7:00 a.m Day trip to Portsmouth where we will visit th Birthplace Museum and Highland Road Cementary, where Dicken´s first love and his last love are both buried. Spend time in the historic dockyard and see the Dickens Room in Portsmouth Central Library. Return to London

Sunday

Broadstairs and London. Visit The Dickens House Museum and Gad’s Hill Place, which was the final house he bought. Free time in London.
