Previous ExperienceChas is currently at The Mullins Group where he was responsible for all aspects of growing this company from start up to a multimillion dollar organization. Prior to that, Chas came from Avanade, where he was the Global Practice Leader responsible for growing a global portfolio of annuity revenue based on XaaS solutions, BPO/ITO, application/infrastructure managed services, product management, cloud development and digital workplace/customer initiatives. Prior to that, Chas came from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he had grown the company revenues and brand by utilizing his expertise in business operations, business development, sales, marketing, alliance/partnership management, strategic planning and was integral part of the FAO management team to achieve #1 in FAO Advisors by The Black Book of Outsourcing. Prior to that, Chas led several large sourcing engagements in his senior level management roles at neoIT and Computer Sciences Corporation. At IBM Global Services, Chas led various Retail IT, ERP and BPO projects including one for a large distributor in a BPO solution that resulted in operational and HR cost savings over a 5 year period. Prior to that he was at Ernst & Young, where one of the projects was a BPO/ITO project for a large retailer that resulted in significant cost savings for the client, increased internal IT customer satisfaction and developing their initial enterprise global outsourcing strategic plans.

Chas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, MO. Chas has served on the several Board of Directors, including APICS as the chairman of the Finance Committee.
