Hi Vitor, thank you for your question, the PSE courses are only available for students who havenot met the minimum English language requirements and would not be able to come to the UKotherwise. Some universities provide students with a short in-house English course when theyarrive in the UK

In the science Without Borders site (link:http://sciencewithoutborders.international.ac.uk/student-applications/undergraduate-applications.aspx) is written: PSE students: If you will require a PSE course then please obtainan official translation of your academic transcript, this does not necessarily need to be'juramentada' but must be undertaken be an official translator or translation company. This isbecause you will need to submit an official translation when making a visa extension applicationhere in the UK. What do you mean with official translator? What kind of qualifications thatperson need to have? And for who will do PSE, they will need to take two visas? How does thiswork? At some point it will be mandatory to have a certified translation (juramentada)?

For example: Isent to CNPq my transcript including all the periods until the first half of 2013. About PSE and VISA: what happen if a student doesn't get the VISA in time to the pre-sessionalcourse beginning? Example: the university doesn't provide your CAS in time to the day that youscheduled your VISA? And if I couldn't come to UK before the PSE beginning? Renan, we are discussing with CNPq the process of opening applications but I expect we willcontact students by email inviting them to apply. You will need to have the translated copy ofyour academic transcript, a PDF copy of your passport photo page, and a PDF copy of your

TOEFL iBT or IELTS resultsIf you have taken your TOEFL iBT test on or after the 6th of April 2013 then there is noproblem submitting a screenshot of your online results and using this to apply for a visa ifplaced at a UK University. If you have taken your English language test before the 6th of April2013 then you will need to submit a copy of your original TOEFL iBT certificate and will needthis document to apply for a visa if placed at a UK University. If you have not received yourcertificate yet then I would advise that you please contact ETS and ask them to send it to youurgently.

If possible please include the GPA - ask your university in Brazil to do this for you.

Universities look at academic transcripts, personal statements and English language scoreswhen they consider applications - and definitely do not just look at preference
