You will be required to complete at least 120 hours of vocational placement, during which you will need to demonstrate

your understanding and skills gained from the theory taught. This training will:

• Strengthen experience of the workplace to support future expectations of performance in the workforce

• Develop practical skills and the application of knowledge within the workplace to promote stronger embedding of

learning

• Provide exposure to real workplace situations and circumstances which cannot be replicated in a learning

environment / simulation.
