CHE 522 SAFETY IN THE PROCESS INDUSTRY 2 LECTURE UNITS Course Description: Covers all the aspects of safety in relation to the industrial field including government regulations and audit and inspection standards that will familiarize the students on the various aspects of safety in the industrial arena. Course Objectives: After completing this course, the student must be able to familiarize themselves with all the aspects of safety as related to the industrial sector. This course also aims to provide the students knowledge on Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and cGMP. General Course Outline 1. History of Safety 2.
