C. INSTRUCTION TO THE TENDERER.

1. (a) Tenderer/Bidder means principal/manufacturer.(b) Supplier means successful tenderer/bidder .

(c) SPCBL means `The Security PrintinCorporation Banladesh) Ltd.

!. PLACE OF DELIVERY"irect deli#ery at SPCBL$s site %a&ipur #ia Chittaon seaport.Chitta'on Banladesh.

. MODE OF SHIPMENT.The machine *ith related spare parts and consumables shallha#e to be shipped *ithin 1!+ (one hundred t*enty) days fromthe date of openin of letter of credit. ,o -reiht for*arder Billof Ladin *ill be accepted. The supplier shall ha#e to submit ashipment certicate to the eect that shipment has been madeunder direct 0aster Bill of Ladin (*ith the name of shippinline).

'. INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF THEMACHINE

The supplier/manufacturer shall be responsible for all necessary*ors in connection *ith installati

on testin and commissioninof the machine as per section `"$ of pae 2 of the tenderschedule.

5. PRICE AND VALIDITY OF OFFER:The oer shall remain #alid for acceptance up to 1!+ (onehundred t*enty) days from the date of openin of the tender. Theprice may be 3uoted in the sLIppli&s 4*n currency or anyinternational .currency. 5ll prices should be rm for the durationof the contract.

6. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONTechnical specication of the machine *ith related spare partsand consumables is i#en in section 7"7. "etailed specication ofthe Che3ue Boo -inishin 0achine to be oered by the tenderermust be submitted alon *ith the tender.

8. PREPARATION OF TENDER,Tender shall be made upon the

19. AUTHORISATION CERTIFICATE OF LOCAL AGENT.

The tenderer shall submit a letter of authorisation *ith the o1Tcrfor his local aent/representati#e ifany in Banladesh.

!+. PENALTY FOR DELAY IN SHIPMENT > LIQUIDATEDDAMAGE.

-or any delay in shipment the tenderer shall be liable to paypenalty at the rate of

:f the supplied machine does not conform to areed specicationand are not found suitable for use the supplier shall ha#e toreplace the same *ithin the time frame to be stipulated by theSPCBL free of cost and chares or reimburse the amount paid tothe supplier alon *ith the costs incurred for custom charestransportation handlin insurance storae etc.
