GENERAL INSPECTION NOTESGENERAL INSPECTION NOTESA check out inspection on 4 Sebring Avenue, Northop Hall, Flintshire CH7 6NP. Conducted on 24th May 2016 by propertymanager, Lucy Knight. Present at the inspection was the tenant, Mrs Woodhouse, I was also joined at the property was thelandlady, Kathy Roberts. The property was kept clean and tidy and in a fair decorative condition throughout. The tenants arecurrently in arrears which will be deducted from their deposit. The landlady is also obtaining quotes to weed the garden andremove any dog faeces which has been left.
