• REPEAT ORDERSStandard lead time applies. Proofs are not sent on exact repeats unless specified on purchase order. No set up fee for exact re-orders. New set-up fees are required if anything changes on the art including imprint color or flavor, and a proof will be required.

• RUSH ORDERSSubject to inventory availability. A delay in art approval process will delay your ship date. Please see each item for its specific rush charges. (Rush lead times start after art approval.)

• SELF PROMOTIONSAvailable at EQP pricing with free setup and free ground shipping. All additional imprint charges apply. Expedited freight and rush fees are additional.

• BLANK PRODUCT10% off quantity pricing. Product will have standard retail logo or the FDA required product identification and net weight, depending on the product. Order will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase order acceptance, subject to inventory availability.

• PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES$65.00(V) per flavor/color and per item. Not available on rush orders. UPS Ground shipping included, other methods will be charged to customer. Full order delivery time will begin after pre-production sample is approved (does not begin at art approval). A signed, pre-production sample approval form is required.

• VIRTUAL SAMPLES Virtual samples are available at no charge, please submit your request to [email protected].

Our preferred file formats is a vector file created in Adobe Illustrator (EPS, AI or PDF). Imprinted and silk screed items MUST have vector artwork. if the file format for Lip Balm, Breath Spray and labeled items is not vector or contains embedded raster images we require a minimum of 300 DPI relative the dimensions of the imprint area.

Please state typeset instructions on your PO or in order comments if ordering online. Artists will use their discretion and expertise if no instructions are given. Myriad Pro will be the default font and art will be sized to the maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified. All text should be converted to outlines/curves. Type reversed out of solid colors needs to be bold or black (extra bold).

PMS Color Match is available on leashes for an additional charge of $35.00 (V). We will make every effort to match your requested PMS color but can not guarantee an exact match. Colors printed on different mediums (e.g. leash and label) will not be an exact match. OraLabs maintains high quality standards in all areas of our imprinting and may refuse to print something that will be of questionable quality or content.

Labels are CMYK / 4 color process. Direct Imprint Items can only be solid spot colors: no CMYK, raster images, gradients, tints, half tones or percentages of color can be done.
