Setting up CheckPoint VPN for RSA Token

1. To set up CheckPoint VPN to use RSA hard or soft token, click on Checkpoint icon in system tray and select Settings. Enable Teva site 192.115.248.6 if it is not already enabled, select it and click Properties

2. Open Authentication tab, under Scheme select SecureID, under username type username in format username@xx.teva.corp and select Use Key FOB hard token. Click OK and one again OK to close VPN settings window.

3. To set PIN for CheckPoint first use, open RSA application to start issuing tokencode numbers and click Connect on CheckPoint. Leave PIN blank and enter Tokencode from RSA window. Click Connect

4. Enter new PIN (4 to 8 digits) in Response and click Connect

5. Reenter new PIN under Response and click Connect

6. If PIN is accepted, wait until tokencode number changes in RSA window and then type PIN+tokencode in Response (xxxxyyyyyyyy where xxxx is PIN and yyyyyyyy is tokencode) and click Connect. This sets PIN for future use. Ignore connection error it displays.

7. When connecting to VPN in the future, after clicking connect enter your PIN under PIN and enter tokencode from RSA window under Tokencode and click connect.

8. If everything was set and typed correctly, VPN will establish connection with the following message.
