CHEESE and Venison JAFFLE.

4 Slices of bread

2 slices of cheddar cheese

2 slices of Mozzarella cheese

4 Slices Venison

Salt and pepper to taste

Method.

Place slice of both Cheddar and Mozzarella and 2 slices !enison bet"een 2 slices

of bread.

Place the sand"iches in the #a$e iron and coo% o!er hot coals for 2 &ins each side.

Can be coo%ed in a fr'in( pan o!er a sto!e top.
