Cheesecake
Recipe: Good for 2pcs 7" aluminum pan
Crust:1/2 cup crushed grahams1/3 cup butter
Cheesecake:1 Bar Cheesecake (I usually use Heritage but for this one, I used Milkana since un lang ang available200 ml heavy cream (I used Alaska All Purpose Cream)4 T sugar ( You can adjust depending on your target sweetness. This one is average.)1 egg1 t Lemon extractPlus your choice of toppings smile emoticonProcedure:Melt butter then add to crushed graham.Fill the pans with grahams mixed with butter.Press the grahams onto the pan by using a spoon.Bake for 5-7 mins at 300-325F.
Meanwhile,Whip creamcheese until no more lump is visible.Add sugar. Whip.Add heavy cream. Whip.Add egg. Whip.Add lemon extract.Then pour over baked graham crust. Bake for 15 to 18mins or until sides are set but middle part still jiggles.
Chill before adding the toppings.
