Chef Mahesh has won numerous Culinary Awards. Chef Mahesh has contributed to the society through his work for children with autism on a regular and dedicated basis. Under Corporate Social Responsibility he has taken on himself the challenge of improving/feeding school meals and best hygiene habits education program in remote villages and for children from the weaker sections of the society. To give the Rajasthani cuisine it’s well deserved national recognition Chef Mahesh has been working tirelessly in formulation of RCF i.e. Rajasthan Culinary Forum, It is a space where other renowned chefs from all over Rajasthan and other leading professional in F&B industry are members, who can interact and contribute substantially for the overall development of this industry as a whole.

Started my career way back with Taj Group of hotels and have achieved international recognition as aprodigy in the culinary field in my early thirties and acclaimed fine arts in cuisine with varied experience. being a part of most of the culinary associations and also a part of judging committee for the various culinary competitions across India and Abroad , also being the President for the Alumni association of IHM Jaipur, Regular as Examiner, Trainer for Culinary & Hospitality Institutes across India.

Chef spend almost half of my lifetime experimenting Indian, Sushi and Continental cuisine, with a strong passion for food, have been the creative force behind for the trends-setting dishes. I specialized in vegetables Carvings, Chocolate, Butter, Ice & Butter sculpture. Chef have also specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Mahesh awarded as Chef oft he Year 2006, Star achiever award 2007, Silver Hat Award 2010, Golden chef of the year award2011 Gold medal winner in Salon Culinary Competition in Dubai in 2002 for 11-course menu & live cooking. I have been dedicated most of my time for Contribution to the society with doing Welfare Events, Seminar on regular basis organizing Blood Donation camps in hotel and Community educationprogram for poor children’s. Articles and my upcoming book on DESIGN YOUR TASTE inconceptualizing innovating dinning experience, which many considered eclectic.
