The Food & Drink Festival’s will benefit from multi media exposure in the high profile advertising, promotion and public relations media campaign planned for each festival. Advertising in major newspapers and on local Radio stations as well as key magazines, web sites and direct mailings in each county. This unique combination will drive the advertising campaign and deliver quality customers. The Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival and The Bath Food & Drink Festival is the place to be seen. In addition to this campaign, the show appoints a dedicated PR consultancy to secure coverage in all relevant publications as well as radio and TV. Distributions of leaflets via direct mail, inserts, posters, web-site marketing, competitions, promotions and motorway billboards will enhance the media campaign, bringing the right people to you.

Montpellier Gardens is nestled in the heart of Cheltenham, having everything to offer as a major festival town with an international reputation and easy access by train, bus and the M5 motorway.

A world heritage city, Bath is one of England’s most beautiful places to visit. Its Roman Baths, beautiful Abbey and the Royal Crescent and affluent society make this city the ideal choice for a food & drink festival in the Royal Victoria Park with the Royal Crescent as a back-drop.

To avoid disappointment, please sign and return the Exhibitor Agreement as soon as possible A position can only be booked once the signed Agreement and the deposit has been received at Garden Events.

After payment of an initial minimum deposit of 30% per show, Second Stage Payment of 20% is due 15th January. The investment balance is due on the 1st March 2010.

A free 20 page full colour festival programme for the public is produced for each festival with a 30,000 print run for each festival. Distributed via our festival mailing list, key retail outlets, public responding to advertising and via exhibitor mailing lists. Call our office today to confirm availability as advertising space is limited.

The Food & Drink Festival’s provide a wide variety of excellent sponsorship opportunities. Whether you are interested in raising brand awareness or creating a special event to highlight an organisation’s objectives, the Festival can be used to achieve this in an exciting context. Real Ale Garden & Cider GardenWith a 30 meter bar and eighteen brewers and cider makers exhibiting, this proved a winner with the public, buying directly from the producers and then relaxing with family and friends in the garden listening to live music performances. Garden furniture and sun umbrellas supplied.

The Kitchen Theatre A highlight of the festival with past leading chefs like The Two Hairy Bikers, Mat Follas, and Martin Blunos demonstrating in front of an appreciative audience, an excellent opportunity to have your company brand in front of a captured audience.
