the ChemMaster™ Self Bunded Tanks negate costly concrete bunding and are not subject to rainwater ingress. With a minimum of 110% bund capacity on all sizes, these tanks meet bunding regulations and avoid the need of a large bund footprint normally required for spray angle regulations.

Removing the need for a traditional concrete bund, the ChemMaster™ bunded tanks mean that less onsite work is required and site-associated costs are reduced.

Now available in even larger sizes the ChemMaster self bunded tanks can be joined through the use of dual contained pipework to offer larger storage capacities. This still maintains a minimum of 110% bunded capacity for all tanks and interconnecting pipework included.

Large diameter pipework can be used for the inter-connecting lines to ensure there is no flow restriction and works as a single tank. Multiple self bunded tanks joined together open up a whole new range of applications and uses where larger amounts of bunded storage is required or if the space provided accommodates a rectangular footprint.

WITHOUT CABINETFor applications where the pumps and equipment are

located elsewhere, the ChemMaster Self Bunded Tank is

available without the cabinet. The top fill assembly, suction

pipework and the alarms can still be installed onto the tank.

Polymaster’s Industrial Conical Vessels provide the ultimate solution for processes and chemicals requiring cone bottom tanks.

All conical tanks have a steep 50° cone for maximum effectiveness. These vessels are constructed using

our Premium tank-grade PE material and sit inside engineered DuraGal frames. Frames can be modified in material type and height to suit any application.

These vessels can be manufactured to suit liquids with up to 1.5 Specific Gravity.

These vessels are used extensively for applications including Sludge clarification and thickening, Storing and dispensing dry powders, Storing and processing thick liquids, and applications requiring complete drainage.

CHEMICAL DOSING TANKS

THESE CLOSED HEAD DOSING TANKS OFFER A SIMPLE AND NEAT SOLUTION FOR SMALL DOSING APPLICATIONS.

Available in 110 and 210 litre capacities, dosing pumps can be mounted on the flat top of these tanks with the suction line penetrating through the roof.

Litre gradation markings are moulded into the wall of the tanks and when moulded in translucent material, these provide an easy and quick way of monitoring chemical level inside the tank.

Additional to the standard 20mm threaded drain bung at the base, multiple connections can be welded into these tanks.

Also, ask the experts today how Polymaster can offer you a completely bunded package by coupling these tanks with suitable bunds from the Drumsafe™ range.

THE SOLUTION FOR EASY & EFFICIENT HANDLING & STORAGE OF IBC’S

This 1500 litre IBC Mother Tank has been designed with all the needed features in mind.

An IBC can be placed on top of the Mother Tank from any side and then gravity fill the tank below through flexible hosing and camlock connection; simple, no pumps required.

Being 1500 litres, the Mother Tank can have up to 500 litres left in the bottom before refilling with new IBC. A full height powder coated frame removes the need for wide bunds to cater for spray angle regulations.

With a moulded in sump at the base of the tank, complete drainage can be achieved and prevent residue build up. Fitted out with overflow, outlet valve, breather and camlock fill connection, this tank is ready for immediate use upon delivery.

relevant Australian Standards and engineering

principles.

For any custom or modified products,

Polymaster’s engineers have the ability to run

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to

determine the thickness required for each tank.

With this ability, Polymaster can prepare fully

detailed engineering reports for

every product manufactured.

As the leading manufacturer of chemical and liquid

storage tanks, Polymaster manufactures its own raw

PE material to ensure it has total process control and to

prevent cross-contamination of material from multiple

suppliers. By controlling its own raw material supply,

Polymaster has the ability to include extra benefits into

the material that are not seen elsewhere in the industry.

The inclusion of extra UV resistance additive has allowed

Polymaster to create its own UV+ resin. This resin is

used standardly on all tanks and has superior UV

resistance properties for Australia’s harsh climate,

preventing any unpredictable tank failures or attack

from the sun.

Polymaster’s tank resin is also certified to AS4020

(Potable drinking water) and AS2070 (Food contact)

standards.

With the thickest tank walls in the industry,

Polymaster tanks are engineered and built tough

to last! Achieving wall thicknesses over and above

the Australian Standard requirements, you can be sure

that your chemicals will be safely stored in a

Polymaster tank.

Most Polymaster tanks are designed and engineered
