I, Chodipilli Srinu S/o.Late Paradesi, aged 22 years, Hindu, resident of Dhanavaipet, Pandurangapuram Panchayat, Bapatla Mandal, Guntur District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-

I am the petitioner herein and 3rd petitioner in the main O.P. The O.P. is filed for compensation for the death of my Father, who died in a motor accident. Later the same was decreed in our favour for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- dt:-22-01-2013 only including interest and costs. The 3rd respondent deposited an amount of Rs.3,39,663/- into the Court. I am entitled to a share of compensation amount of Rs.75,000/- only with interest and costs of Rs.84,915-75. I was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,000/- only as per the decree direction, dt:-22-01-2013 and I withdrew the same on 17-06-2013 and the remaining balance amount of Rs.59,915-75 was kept under F.D. Later I filed a petition to withdraw my entire share of compensation balance amount with accrued interest thereon and this Honble Court was pleased to permit me to withdraw the same in I.A.No.8/15, dt.18-02-15. The above said amount of Rs.68,258/- was lying in C.C.D. I am entitled to withdraw the same and there are no attachments or stay on the said amount. I, under take that if the Honble Court directs me to re-deposit the amount, I will deposit the same. I am herewith filing my Bank Pass-Book.

Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to issue a cheque for Rs.68,258/- (Rupees Sixty eight thousand two hundred and fifty eight Only) in favour of the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Epurupalem Branch, Chiral Mandal, Prakasam District, and he may be directed him to credit the same to the S.B.A/c.No.32966366415 of the petitioner in the interests of justice.DEPONENTSolemnly affirmed and affixed his L.T.I. before me the contents of the affidavit is read over and explained in Telugu to the deponent and admitted him to be correct on this the day of March, 2015.
