Payment TermsFirst orders must be paid with credit card, money order, ca-shier’s check, or company check. Net 30 terms available to return customers with approved credit application. No COD orders permitted.

Discount and Allowance PolicyTo qualify for freight allowance or any other offer, invoices must be paid in full and within terms. Discounts may be deducted from payments. Failure to deduct discounts will not obligate Pacific Trade International to honor subsequent claims beyond 30 days from invoice due date.

DefectivesClaims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Claims must be approved by PTI Customer Service. At the discretion of Pacific Trade International, one of two courses of action will be taken regarding defective merchandise: (1) replacement of product by PTI or (2) credit issued to customer account against future purchases.
