These sections are heavily in favor of Denver. Unemployment is higher in Chicago while future job growth is lower than Denver. Sales taxes and income taxes are higher in Chicago, but household income and income per capita is lower than in Denver. Furthermore, 14.92% of the population is employed in management, business and financial operations in Denver in comparison to 13.48% in Chicago and 13.70% being the national average. This might show that there are more positions in my field (Finance). It surprises me that taxes are higher in Chicago while income is still lower, and that gives a major advantage to Denver, especially knowing how important this category is to achieving financial stability.
