    Larry Itliong. UFW practices principles of non-violence adopted from MahatmaGandhi, and Dr. Martin Luther KingJr.

    UFW uses picketing, boycotts,

    strikes, and lawsuits to voice theirconcerns.

    UFW have successfully obtainedbetter working conditions andwages for farms workers.
