Why do people keep insisting on cooking avocado and forcing it on us? As an avocado

purist, I can say with confidence that avocado should never be served hot. It's disgusting.

It instantly goes "off" and takes on an unpalatable taste and texture when cooked.

If you're stuffing these, the avocado in the center needs to hit 165f. Otherwise you're just

filling it with raw chicken juice and taking it right into the temperature danger zone. The

same goes for any stuffed bird except duck.
