The fajitas are eaten all year round, but during summer hot days, we really appreciate them. I love this dish, it’s easy to prepare. We serve them on the table and everyone puts in what he wants. The only that we always forget, is? To garnish them with moderation so we avoid it to drip. It's often the mistake made with this dish, right? Serve with corn chips,

green salad, corn salad, potatoes peels, actually let your imagination go. ÓÓÓ

Step 1 Cut chicken and vegetables into strips, try to make them all the same length and size. Step 2 Preheat the pan, add a first portion of the oil to brown the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Step3 When the chicken is cooked, add the onion and peppers with the remaining oil, cook over medium / high. We only want to sauté the vegetables, 3 to 5 minutes, without browning. Step 4 Add spices (see note below), and soy sauce. Mix well and cook 2 minutes. Add beer (or broth), see also note below, and add the salsa. Step 5 Continue cooking until the vegetables have achieved the right texture and the liquid has reduced. Make sure the vegetables still crisp. Add the cornstarch, previously diluted in 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir constantly. When the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat and serve. You can remove excess liquid or keep some if you prefer and us it as a sauce. YIELD : 4 portions, about 8 fajitas

¡Buen provecho! MlleClo https://mlleclofoodandtravel.com

• Spices: If this is the first time you trying this recipe, start by putting the minimum quantity of spices, mix everything, taste and then adjust by adding more spices.

• I always use beer, this a "most" for this recipe. Using the broth will change the taste of the recipe. If you use the broth, start by putting the minimum quantity of spices, mix everything, taste and then adjust by adding more spices.

• You could also try half beer and half broth as a compromise. • The cooking of the vegetables is also important. It is best to cook less in step 3 and not overcooking

vegetables. You can finish the cooking of the vegetables at the end (step 5).
