CHICKEN RICE SOUP 4 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoons margarine Cooked chicken pieces, optional Bring the water, margarine and 1 cup of the soup mix in the jar to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until the rice is tender. Add cooked chicken while simmering, if desired.
