Why Nylon release clasp? Nylon injection molding is used in a wide range of parts and components including:Consumer products – footwear, clothing, toothbrush bristles, pantyhose, windbreakers, windpants, hair combsRecreation - musical instrument strings, tennis racket strings, climbing rope, climbing slings, fishing line, basketball netting, ropeIndustrial – bearings, gears, flexible tubing, bushings, pulley components, washersMedical – suturesAutomotive – gas tanks, intake manifolds, seat belts, tire cords, fuel system partsMilitary applications – parachutes,Electronics – electrical insulators, electronic components

Nylon thermoplastic products have many advantages:Excellent machining characteristicsResistant to abrasionHigh impact resistanceTough materialExtremely low coefficient of frictionGood ultraviolet (UV) resistanceHighly resistant to chemicals, mildew, molds, fungi, insectsVery durableMelts instead of burns

release clasp injection mouldedInjection moulding? Is a manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the mold cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, molds are made by a moldmaker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection molding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest component to entire body panels of cars.

Typical materials usedAcrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene ABSNylon PAPolycarbonate PCPolypropylene PPPolystyrene GPP

What is solid V4A stainless steel Definition V4A stainless steelThe designation 316 stainless steel is not used in all countries -> Germany it is called 1.4571 or V4Ahttp://www.mcnallyinstitute.com/05-html/5-9.html

Stainless steel 316The three most common stainless steel grades available in sheet metal are 304, 316, and 410.-Grade 304 is the most common of the three grades. It offers good corrosion resistance while maintaining formability and weldability. Available finishes are #2B, #3, and #4. Note that grade 303 is not available in sheet form.-Grade 316 offers more corrosion resistance and strength at elevated temperatures than 304. It is commonly used for pumps, valves, chemical equipment, and marine applications. Available finishes are #2B, #3, and #4.-Grade 410 is a heat treatable stainless steel, but does not offer as good corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in cutlery. The only available finish is dull.
