If it wasn’t for P’s kindness, care, patience and guidance,
I would not be alive today. There is no shadow of a doubt that
I would have ended my life, but it is thanks to Pavilions, the wonderful reception team, and especially P,
that I am not only alive, but living life today.

changes.
Welcome from the Chair
Dear Candidate
Thank you for your interest in the role of Chief Executive Officer at Cranstoun.
At Cranstoun, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live healthy, safe and happy lives. We’ve been making a difference since 1969 by combining our expertise with innovative approaches and putting people at the heart of what we do.
We deliver a range of services across England, including community-based and residential substance misuse services, supported housing, specialist services for young people and families and carers, criminal justice and domestic abuse services.
In recent years, we successfully merged with Swanswell, another national charity providing support to people affected by addiction and other life challenges. Today, we continue to innovate and respond to ever-changing demands. We remain ambitious for our customers, our communities and our skilled and experienced staff teams, who strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support. Our new CEO will be instrumental in developing and delivering a new strategy for Cranstoun to strengthen our position in an increasingly competitive environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion and has the ambition to drive the organisation forward to ensure we continue to provide excellent services, to more people, across more communities.
Best Wishes
