Responsibilities:

Managing issues pertinent to overall financial management, cost optimization and capital efficiency region wide as envisaged in the strategic plans in addition to ensuring accuracy and robustness of financial figures.

Analyzing change, conducting risk assessments, formulating long-term business plans, researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.

Maintaining and monitoring financial statements, formulating all relevant reports, planning, conducting and finalizing audits of financial statements for organizations.

Performing budgeting, reviewing audits files and assuming responsibilities for interim and yearly audit.

Reviewing daily reports and preparing them for presentation to the management, running month end system reports and checking integrity the same.

Ensuring that the accounting policies are in compatible with double entry standards, formulating financial statements including consolidated financial statement of the entire group of companies.

Formulating annual budgets and its constituted management accounting systems, evaluating financial reports, liaising and coordinating with banks for financial requirements.
