The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India's leading recognized professional society devoted to the Technology advancement in Electronics, Telecommunication & IT and related areas. Founded in 1953, IETE is a National Apex Pro fess iona l body o f E lec t ron ics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and IT Professionals. It serves more than 1,25,000 Corporate, Student and ISF members through 64 different centers spread all over India and abroad. The Institution provides leadership in Scientific and Technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy. Government of India has recognized IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO). IETE conducts and sponsors techn ica l meet ings, conferences, symposia, and exhibitions all over India. IETE publishes technical journals and provides continuing education as well as career advancement opportunities to its members. Towards this end, the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resource development.

The Pravara Rural Education Society was established in July 1964 by Late. Padmashri Dr.Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil, a

great visionary, philanthropist &pioneer of first cooperative sugar factory in cooperative sector not only in India but Asia. The objective was to avail the technical education in the rural area at affordable cost. Late. Padmabhushan Balasaheb Vikhe Patil, an outstanding leader in Maharashtra & a member of Parliament for over three decades, embarked upon the arduous task of translating the dream of Padmashri into concrete realities by meticulous planning. It symbolizes the ascendance of academic excellence, quality education from preprimary to research level. Pravara Rural Education Society established Sir Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology in 1998 - 99. It offers Under Graduate Engineering Courses in Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical E n g i n e e r i n g , E & T C E n g i n e e r i n g M e c h a n i c a l Engineering, Information Technology & P.G. Courses in Mechanical Engineering, E&TC Engineering, Computer Engineering and MBA. The institute is running under the dynamic leadership of Hon'ble Shri. Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Minister of Hosing Development, Govt. of Maharashtra, to equip the institute with excellent infrastructure & with modern methods of governance. The institute has well qualified, devoted and dedicated team of faculty members. Conducive environment exists between staff and students.

IETE Nashik Sub-Center was opened on 10, September 1999 at the hands of Padmashri P. S. Saran. The Center is active from its inception and regularly organizing expert talks, Industrial Visits, workshops and technical competitions for technocrats. Many educational institutes have formed IETE students' Forum (ISF) due to motivation given by Nashik center. The increase in the number of memberships shows the interest from society in the activities of us. The activities of the sub-center were recognized by IETE and awarded best sub- center award in 1999 and second prize in IETE sub-Center category at National level. The IETE focuses on advancement of the Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer, Information Technology and related areas. Towards this end the institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resources development. Presently the Nashik center has 7 Fellow, 31 members, 11 Associate members and around 140 students members.

The aim and objective of IETE-NCSCN-2K19 Conference is to provide a world class platform to present and discuss all the latest research and results of scientists related Sensing, Communication Technology, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to get new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field. The conference is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Sensing, Communication Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering to a common forum.
