Finance notes

• The April – July finance return should only include normal running costs for the centre – no redundancy or end of contract costs.

• End of contract costs will need to be determined as soon as possible, all centres will be required to identify and report to NCC through the process.

• All financial returns will be investigated thoroughly with internal auditors used to analyse and check the returns of a minimum of 10 Centres to establish that all reported spending is real and appropriate
