We observe many special days throughout the year. Godwants us to learn from His feasts and rejoice in them. Thefirst fall Holy Day is the Feast of Trumpets. And then soonafter is the Day of Atonement.
The Feast of Trumpets, like all of God’s fall Holy Days, shows us something that will happen soon. It pictures thetime when Jesus Christ will come back to earth to bring Hisgovernment. The sound of a loud trumpet will fill the wholeworld when He returns to earth.
The Day of Atonement shows the time when Satan thedevil, who deceives the whole world, will be bound for 1,000years. This will bring all mankind back to God. Everyone willbe “at one” with God. He will start to make the world newagain. Satan is a spirit, and spirits cannot die. So God mustbind Satan and put him away.
God commands us to fast on the Day of Atonement. Thismeans we are not to eat any food or drink any water for onewhole day.
The Feast of Tabernacles is a great festival of God. It pic-tures the Millennium. It is a 1,000 year period when JesusChrist and the saints will rule the earth.

2LEVEL K / FALL LESSON
Those who cannot walk will be healed. They will be able towalk and run and jump. People who cannot see will be ableto see clearly. Those who cannot hear will be able to hear allsounds and music. The animals will be changed. Lions andtigers will eat grass and hay, like cows do. Snakes will not bepoisonous. All children will be able to play without fear ofattack. Satan will not be around to deceive people, so every-one will be happy obeying God.
For the Feast of Tabernacles, you and your family packyour clothes and belongings and travel to a place that Godchooses. A tabernacle is a temporary dwelling (place to live).During this feast, God commands all of His people to rejoice! That means we are to have fun, be happy, learn God’s Wayand practice living it.
God also commands that we save a second tithe of all weearn so we can observe the Feast of Tabernacles. A tithe isone-tenth of the money we earn all year. This tenth is usedto pay for traveling, housing, food and gifts during the feast.Be sure to save your second tithe so you can give to some-one else during the feast.
The Last Great Day is the final fall Holy Day. It is the feastday that directly follows the last day of the Feast ofTabernacles. This Holy Day pictures the time when everyonewho has ever lived will be raised up from their graves andgiven new physical life to learn God’s Way. Can you imaginehow happy everyone will be to see their relatives and familymembers who have died? God wants everyone to have thechance to learn His Way and be in His Family. Do you knowsomeone who has died that you would like to see again?Perhaps a Grandfather or Grandmother?
