INTRODUCTION
The Children’s Poetry bibliography was created for children from preschool age to 4th grade. This bibliography includes different forms of children’s poetry such as nonsense verse, rhymes, love poems, nature poems, and others. Preschool-age children may enjoy reading poems about animals, the alphabet poems and rhymes. The repetition of words and sounds are appealing to children. Books written by Dr. Seuss and Jack Prelutsky are also popular with children. For your convenience, there is an Author Index, Title Index and Book Order Form at the back of the bibliography.
