China’s Plan to control the world and America – It’s all documented in Unrestricted Warfare, a book written in 1999 and published by two Senior Colonels of the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA).
The plan to displace America in a few decades began almost immediately by positioning China as the next great investment opportunity.
• Step number one was to create the illusion that China was “open for business.” In the book, they called this “mustering large amounts of capital.” They were successful, for sure. They illegally put millions of dollars into the Bill Clinton 1996 reelection campaign. After “bribing” other politicians, they received Most Favored Nation (MFN) status and have subsequently taken in more than $3 trillion of investment (that we know about).
• They have adopted Unrestricted Warfare across the board, including in the form of Financial Warfare, Smuggling Warfare, Cultural Warfare, Drug Warfare, Media Warfare, Technology Warfare, Resource Warfare, Psychological Warfare, Network Warfare, International Law Warfare, Environmental Warfare, Economic Aid Warfare, stock market crashes, currency manipulation, exposing leaders on the internet, election interference, Space Warfare, Racial Warfare, and Biological Warfare.

A CLOSER LOOK AT 17 OF CHINA’S TACTICS BEING WAGED AGAINST AMERICA AND YOU TODAY.
1. Financial Warfare: In Unrestricted Warfare, the Chinese said “Financial Warfare [in which a country is subjugated without a drop of blood being spilled]” means entering and subverting banking and stock markets. They call Financial Warfare, a “hyper-strategic weapon.”
• We’ve lost jobs and entire industries. We no longer manufacture many basic necessities like medicines or surgical masks.
• The Chinese Communists took $3 trillion from us to subvert our economy and enrich theirs. This is classic Unrestricted Warfare and it’s designed to hurt you.
CASE STUDY- Alibaba and other risk with Chinese Investments
• For all investors hoping to make a quick buck, let this be a warning. One Chinese company, Alibaba, took $25 billion from Americans and in exchange provided them with shares in a Variable Interest Entity out of the Cayman Islands that is not subject to normal investor protections. And the underlying company does not even have to conform to U.S. accounting standards. Sound sketchy?
• The truth is that at any point the Chinese government could deny the structure and Americans would get nothing for their $25 billion. It would simply disappear. And this isn’t uncommon.
• There are other Chinese companies who have admitted fraudulent accounting and investors have lost big. And this is not just a bad investment. Something like $3 trillion of American money has been sucked up by Chinese companies and in return we have gotten slips of paper that one day might prove worthless. 2. Smuggling Warfare: The Chinese define Smuggling Warfare as “sabotaging a rival country’s economy by flooding its markets with illegal goods and jeopardizing a local economy by flooding the market with pirated products.”

The administration’s effort, unveiled Friday (Jan 24), included a Department of Homeland Security report detailing the extent of the influx of counterfeit products from China and the public health and economic risks they pose to the United States.”
• Recently random Chinese seeds were sent to Americans, those that stupidly planted them report that it had a negative impact on their gardens and are worried about what they should do.
3. Cultural Warfare - In the book, the Chinese define Cultural Warfare as “influencing the cultural biases of a targeted country by imposing your own cultural viewpoints.”
• Did you know that there are certain movies you will never be allowed to see because China forbids it? It’s true. And the movies you do see have been altered to win approval from the Chinese Communist Party.

• As just one example, it is reported that the new version of Tom Cruise’s flight jacket in the new Top Gun movie will be missing a patch from Japan or Taiwan.
• We all know that China censors what they allow their people to see. Believe it or not, Winnie the Pooh is forbidden there because some people think their communist leader Xi Jinping looks like the Pooh Bear. So Xi Jinping had the character banned.
• But why would the Chinese Communist Party be so concerned about what you watch? The answer is that this is a part of their Unrestricted Warfare plan to subjugate America over time.
• It’s not just Hollywood. China has also established Confucius Institutes in American colleges and Confucius Classrooms in high schools. At one point there were as many as 100 college campuses involved and 500 High Schools.
• What is so insidious about this is that whoever establishes an Institute must sign an agreement that they will never disparage China. Under the guise of cultural exchange, students are hit with a propaganda machine.
• Then there’s the matter of Tic Tok and other technology plays to further Chinese interests.

4. Drug Warfare - the Chinese define Drug Warfare as “flooding illicit drugs across national borders and breaking down the fabric of society through their use.”
• According to the CDC, 128 people die every day from an opioid overdose. That’s nearly 50,000 people each and every year. Chinese-made fentanyl is responsible for the vast majority of these tragic deaths.
• Case in point: Fentanyl. It’s an opioid 50 times more potent than heroin. As little as 2 milligrams can kill a person. A single Chinese syndicate once bragged they could produce 16 tons of fentanyl a month! 5. Media Warfare: the Chinese define Media Warfare as “manipulating foreign media, either by compromising or intimidating journalists or getting access to another country’s airwaves and imposing national restrictions.”
• Epoch Times reports that “The Chinese regime is running an extensive and sophisticated long-term media outreach campaign to amplify its propaganda narrative globally. This is according to a survey by the Brussels-based International Federation of Journalists. They surveyed 58 countries and territories. • There is no doubt that China has been manipulating traditional media. But they have also been active on social media and Tik Tok is just one example. 6. Technological Warfare: The Chinese define Technological Warfare as “creating monopolies by setting standards independently and gaining control or having an edge in particular vital technologies that can be used in both peace and wartime.”
• China has built a sophisticated system to spy on and control every one of their citizens. They are also selling this system to other countries for them to spy on their people. Worse they have also been exporting the technology to America so they can spy on and control you.
• China has hacked, stolen, and forced technology transfers in order to develop the most prominent 5G offerings in the world. They have infiltrated the groups that set the standards for equipment.
• If they succeed, they will be able to access data on everyone in the world.
• Imagine China listening to all your calls, reading your emails, knowing your location at all times. Think Orwell’s 1984. You would be subject to threat or blackmail.

7. Resources Warfare: the Chinese define Resources Warfare as “gaining control of scarce natural resources and being able to control or manipulate their access and market value.”
• According to an article in ForeignPolicy.com, “Beijing could slam every corner of the American economy, from oil refineries to wind turbines to jet engines, by banning exports of crucial minerals.”
• Part of how we got here is from a ban on mining rare earths in the U.S.China may have funded environmental groups to seek a ban here in order to increase their control of rare earth metals.
• There are 44 key elements essential to building an iPhone, many of which are “rare earth.” Many of the most valuable functions would be impossible without neodymium, praseodymium, and dysprosium. These are essential for smart phones, cars, speakers and light bulbs.
• According to Engadget.com, “China currently mines 80 percent of the world’s supply of rare-earth metals, and the country has threatened to limit exports to the US if the trade war between the two countries continues to escalate.”
8. Psychological Warfare: The Chinese define Psychological Warfare as “imposing one’s national interest by dominating a rival nation’s perception of its own strengths and weaknesses.”
• What China is doing here, is fomenting a perception that America is a singularly racist nation. A Chinese foreign spokesperson said: “Racism against ethnic minorities in the U.S. is a chronic disease of American society.”

• There is even evidence that the Chinese embassy and consulates may have been directly encouraging the protests and riots. This is absolutely another blatant example of Chinese Unrestricted Warfare.
• The irony is that China has a far worse racial record than America. But they are busy at work using Psychological Warfare to undermine our society.
• An Op-Ed in the Japan Times stated, “While it is questionable whether the Chinese government genuinely cares about universal human rights and racial equality, its propaganda apparatus has seemingly become an active “supporter” of the global Black Lives Matter movement — mostly in the form of lambasting the U.S. government and system.”
9. Network Warfare: The Chinese define Network Warfare as “Venturing out in secret and concealing one’s identity in a type of warfare that is virtually impossible to guard against,” meaning dominating or subverting transnational information systems.
• Over the past 20 years, China has developed perhaps the most sophisticated hacker army on the planet. Some estimates suggest there are as many as 100,000 active hackers in units like the secretive 61398.
• A direct quote from a Chinese military manual published in 1999. “The influence of a nuclear bomb is perhaps less than the influence of a hacker.”
• The Chinese have even undertaken a hacking campaign to steal developing vaccines and treatments for the coronavirus that they unleashed on the world.

• Through hacking, the Chinese have literally stolen trillions of dollars from our nation over the past two decades as a means of Unrestricted Warfare.
• Chinese units such as “Ugly Gorilla” or “KandyGoo” and operations like “Skeleton Key” have hacked major industries, the defense department, the White House, and Equifax.
10. International Lawfare: The Chinese define International Law Warfare as “joining international or multinational organizations in order to subvert their policies and the interpretation of legal rulings.”
• The World Health Organization covered up China’s obvious lies about the Coronavirus in the early days, they literally sentenced over 20 million people to illness with a reported death toll now approximately one million. Experts acknowledge that if China had acted swiftly, sharing information at the very beginning and not lying through the WHO, millions would have been spared. The death toll is tragic, but the economic loss is nothing to ignore. The cost is already in the tens of trillions of dollars that could have been better spent on making a better world for all of us.
• There is no doubt that the Chinese government has dominated the policy of many UN agencies.

11. Economic Aid Warfare: The Chinese define Economic Aid Warfare as “controlling a targeted country through aid dependency.”
• China is using World Bank money, much of which came from us, to buy up influence and assets around the world. They are literally using our money to take the world. This is clearly Unrestricted Warfare.
• Their Belt and Road Initiative appears to be their execution of Economic Aid Warfare. This is a predatory lending process almost like a loan shark business. One example is a loan offered to the Solomon Islands that was 70 times greater than their GDP for a year. Can you imagine loaning someone 70 times their income? Then, when the debtor nation can’t pay, China owns them. They take property or demand loyalty. It is clearly Unrestricted Warfare akin to a loan shark working for the mafia. 12. The Combination Method: Over 20 years ago a foreign nation stated that taking down America would require a “combination method” attack causing “the enemy nation to fall into social panic, street riots and a political crisis.” Their doctrine was described as “subduing the enemy through clever operations.”
• In the book, the Chinese describe the combination method in detail. They talk about first mustering large amounts of capital.
They’ve clearly done that, rising from a Third World nation with an economy smaller than Italy, to an economic superpower.
• Next, launch a sneak attack against financial markets. Then use computer viruses and create hacker detachments. Then infiltrate the critical infrastructure, including the media, the power grid, the financial networks, and the communications structure.
They have done all of the above and now we see the result. American society is at the stress point and the virus pushed us to the edge.
• The combination method could even use secretive biological warfare like accidentally unleashing a virus.
• When this Unrestricted Warfare doctrine was written, the authors made it clear that a full-on military attack was out of the question. But undermining America into street riots and a political crisis? That is the end game.

13. Space Warfare: The Chinese talk about controlling Space. It is how they plan to dominate our planet in what they call the “China Century.”
• If you own the high ground, you win the battle. That’s been true for centuries and the ultimate high ground is SPACE. Imagine the ability to knock out our satellites. All of a sudden, your GPS stops working. You lose Internet and communications. The American economy goes dark. If you think the pandemic has been bad, just imagine how rough life would become without the Internet, television, or phones.
• The Chinese are aggressively moving into the SPACE domain as a means of Unrestricted Warfare against America.
• Lt General Steven Kwast described China’s plan in Episode 82 of the Economic War Room. “China is doing this now. Their rover, that’s on the far side of the moon right now, is not just up there for scientific purposes. They are mapping the minerals of the moon in order to industrialize the moon and start building in space the capacity to have this infrastructure that can deliver energy and information to any point on planet. They want to achieve economic dominance using this geography of space by 2049, the 100-year anniversary of the Communist Party takeover.”
14. Bio-Chemical Warfare: The Chinese version is not traditional. They aren’t talking about the kind of warfare where you use chemicals or germs on troops. Rather, in the book they discuss secretive ways to attack an enemy’s economy by taking advantage of a biological tragedy.
• Last quarter, our economy fell at a 33% rate according to government statistics. The pandemic has caused massive unemployment and driven our Federal Debt to unprecedented levels. And all because a virus was unleashed from China?
• The Chinese actually discussed the concept of bio-chemical warfare which could include unleashing a pandemic as a means of Unrestricted Warfare. They consider this “subduing the enemy through clever operations.” But they were careful to explain that it must not appear as purposeful.

• This could mean things like not telling the world an unleashed virus could spread rapidly human to human. Or it could mean scooping up all the personal protection equipment needed to control supply before the world realized there was a problem. And, it could mean using a virus to unleash economic chaos as was depicted in this cartoon from China Daily.
15. China RX: In the book, the Chinese describe Resources Warfare as “gaining control of scarce resources and being able to control or manipulate their access and market value.”
• Americans thought that outsourcing medicine production might lower costs and be a net positive for patients and the economy. What we didn’t count on was the possibility of tainted medicine that could kill you. Or that China could threaten to cut off supplies in a trade war that would literally shut down our hospitals.
• There’s no question that the Chinese understand how strategic it is to control the medical supply chain for America.

• We’ve allowed China to undermine our nation for two decades and controlling our medical supply is a major problem we must address. Fortunately, the White House appears to be focused on a solution. We have to manufacture our own supply.
16. A Single Man-Made Stock Market Crash: In the book, the Chinese describe a “single man-made stock market crash” as a new concept weapon that we will never see coming.
• Our economy was down at a 33% rate because of the pandemic? And yet, the stock market is approaching all-time highs. Under normal circumstances that would be good news. But these are not normal times.
• Our stock markets are extremely vulnerable to a secretive high-frequency trading hack that could take investors from rich to poor in a matter of minutes. Our economy, desperately trying to recover, would be hammered again.
• The scary part is that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army defined “causing a stock market crash” as an integral part of their Unrestricted Warfare.
• They talk about George Soros as a genius who knows how to secretly undermine a nation’s economy through what they describe as “financial terrorism.”
• They mention hacking and manipulation of financial systems, something they are clearly capable of doing. And they know how to do it without leaving any fingerprints. It would just seem like normal market movement.

• The Chinese are no doubt aware that if they crash the market just before an election, they could remove Trump from office.
• China knows that the election is between one candidate who views them as an adversary and another who says, “C’mon Man, China’s no threat.”
17. Currency Warfare: The Chinese describe “manipulating an enemy country’s currency” as a new concept weapon that we will never see coming.
• Since 2013 it has been the official policy of the Chinese government to “de-dollarize” and “de-Americanize” the world. They are just waiting for the right moment.
• China wants the American dollar to lose its reserve currency status. That would devastate our economy and make our almost $30 trillion in federal debt unsustainable.
• We have been printing money like crazy to dig out from the pandemic hell China put us in. If the rest of the world were to follow China’s plan to stop using dollars, we’d be in big trouble. Our printed money would head down the same path as Venezuela, Zimbabwe, and Weimar Germany. This is a part of China’s Unrestricted Warfare doctrine.
• China has already threatened to sell 20% of their vast U.S. Treasury bond holdings.
• They talk about George Soros as the genius who broke the Bank of England by attacking the British Pound through what they describe as “financial terrorism.”
