MARK YOUR CALENDAR

The Chinook Chapter Annual General Meeting will follow our October 27th Luncheon this year. Look for

details in our Fall 2020 Newsletter.

As we reported in our Spring Newsletter our Chapter had pre- purchased tickets for an-other Stage West event for early June. This

performance and others have been can-celled as the Theater is still closed due to Covid. We are still waiting to determine

when Stage West will re-open and when we might be able to offer these tickets to our

members. We will keep you all apprised as information is made available to us.

We have scheduled our regular June Luncheon as per the request of several of our members to resume it. Our host for the Luncheon, the Winston Golf Club, has complied with all of the mandated re-quirements for Phase 2 of Alberta’s re-opening. So, the June Lunch will go for-ward for any member wishing to attend. We will re-evaluate after this Luncheon to determine the feasibility of further Lunch-eons going into Fall and especially our Luncheon and AGM in October. Just a friendly reminder that there is no sched-uled luncheon for the month of July.

Emailed notifications: If we have your correct email address on file, we will communicate with you by that means. One exception is our Fall Newsletter which is mailed to everyone. If you prefer to receive our Spring/Summer/Year-End newsletters via Canada Post please indicate (hard copy) on the registration form be-side the email address line. However, it is beneficial for you to provide your email address, be-cause we will have the means to quickly distribute information that is pertinent to the pensions or an event that may be of interest to you. Provide us with the email address but write (hardcopy) beside it so we know you are an exception for quarterly newsletters. Also, if you are on Facebook, keep an eye on our Chinook Chapter Heritage club page for posts.
