CHM is a reliable and solvent construction company characterised by its et-hical code policy. This code is clearly demonstrated in each and every one of the construction processes, from initial contracting to handing over the works to the end consumers.The professionals at CHM offer direct, continuous and loyal interlocution from start to finish. They are involved in their clients' projects, knowing that they, at the same time, have to respond to the company providing special af-ter-sales attention.

CHM works throughout the national territory (Spain) based on teams that ha-ve been carefully checked out and that have been trained to identify the cul-ture of the company, always, and in each every one of our works.Within the line of first rate technical facilities, at a personnel level as well as in resources, the Safety Policy is the basic pillar on which the CHM works manager plans and develops the job. For the Directors of CHM, Safety in the works is the priority that governs any activity.

We are a group of companies with a Spanish background, with proven solvency and infrastructure to carry out an infinite num-ber of works. Thanks to our specialisation and background we can guarantee the carrying out of any project we are assigned with.
