Community Need

At CHOC, they are committed to taking a leadership role in ensuring the health and well-

being of children and their families living in Orange County. They offer award winning

programs and services that promote health and well-being to children as they grow from birth

through childhood and adolescence to adulthood.CHOC fits community needs due to the fact that it

is not specialized on only one health problem and neither do they focus on only one type of

program.

Continued Community Need

CHOC considers the impact on others such as the patient and its family when doctors have to explicate

their diagnosis and therefore, they try to explain or interpret the drawn inferences based on the interpretations on the series of studies done.

CHOC also has Pediatric Specialties, different units of health, patient and family support services, Children’s

Specialty Centers, medical advice, and professional programs. These services rendered, are available to the community so that whenever needed the can depend on

them. CHOC’s providers must be careful with their

information making sure that it is not fallacious but prior to providing the information they must do

substantive research in order to synthesize the results.

CHOC’s Appeal CHOC’s appeal is saving children's life's

because CHOC puts children first. Not only do they focus on putting children first

but their families as well. Providing treatments and necessities to

children in everyday life is their priority because they want to see and hear how that child along with their families push away the struggle.

• This program promotes critical thinking in the sense that first try to assess the problem and analyze it. Then they follow any evidence to where it may lead

so that they can finally make an evaluation. Critical reading is utilized because of all the reading and

research that they have to do in order to come up with an evaluation. Finally, critical action is always applied

here because whenever they find out something in the critical reading that they do they must test it out

to see if their reasoning can lead to inductive reasoning.

What a Mother Pray’s For

Some of you might not know what it is to carry the blessing of a fetus in your womb. Feel it’s first movements, reactions, and sensations of what life is bringing to them.

I am a mother. A mother of a handsome, adorable, good looking, and chunky hunk. Well, let me just stop there. As a mother we always have something to say of our blessings. We share with others the experiences that we are gaining, the anxiety to not knowing how to relieve their teething pain, how to get rid of the flu that they are going through, the high fever that does not seem to go away , or how to obtain extra sleep time.

All of these are tiny, itty-bitty microscopic tests that don’t have a significance. Really let’s face it! We make a storm in a small cup that has no more space but only for the content that’s in it already. My point is that following my viewpoints and probably many others’, the following content might give you guide you to what I am trying to get across.

Ponder on this question; “would you rather deal with the previous situations and at the end of them have a child like mine or would you rather join praying mother’s begging for GOD’s mercy to not take their blessing away?”

Page 15: Choc powerpoint

“Sometimes you just have to smile, pretend every thing's okay, hold back the tears and just walk

away.”

What would you do if this blessing had come from your womb?

Page 16: Choc powerpoint

A Mother’s PrayerMay God grant you peace in the midst of a storm.

May God give you strength even when you’re forlorn.

May you answer the door when Jesus comes knocking.

May wisdom guide when your mouth is talking.

May discretion protect you and keep you pure.

May you never stumble or fall for a lure.

May your heart remain humble to the very end.

May uprightness and truth be what you defend.

May the world not ensnare or change who you are.

May the light that's within you shine like the stars.

May angels surround you body, spirit, mind.

May favor and peace be yours to find. May rejection and pain

never reach you. May your spirit grow bold for what you’re called to.
