Matcha biscuit hanging from a fancy biscuit stand. Matcha biscuit are butter cookies flavoured with alternative layers of vanilla and green tea. This flavour is only available in the outlets located in East Asia and shows how the company will go the extra miles to please their customers cravings.

These Apple Danish are homemade from fresh apple sliced and made into a compote using only the finest ingredients. The dough is made in store and prepared by a very qualified chef. The price may seem expensive but the quality justifies it.

This Mille Danish is a fusion recipe from the traditional French mille feuilles and the Danish Pastry. It is filled with hot custard cream and Chantilly and is one of their best sellers. It is a sizeable quantity and may not look like so from the picture.

This one is my personal favourite as it is made from perfectly confectioned puff pastry which is very light and crisp. It is sprinkled with roasted almond and chocolte chips and covered with a syrupy glaze. One of the best!

This is the chocolate biscuit which is very rich in flavours, it is not too sweet and is the best seller among the children. Flavoured with rich cocoa and walnut this sells very well when customers come for their afternoon coffee or tea. The portion is to be shared or enjoyed by yourself and it guarantees that it is made with the minimum fat for everyone to enjoy.Free Mori is very considerate onto their portion as they give sizeable amount and onto the ingredients use, they do not abuse of sugar and fat for the wellness of their customers.

This is the Ferris wheel. You might think it’s only a doughnut, well it is one of the healthiest doughnut ever made, close to no butter it is baked in an oven not fried. For only RM 2.50 it is sold in all the outlets.

For only RM 4.00 this pastry promises to fill a man’s stomach. Made from puff pastry and almond paste inside, it is very light and bust with flavours as soon as you take a bit. It’s is one of their best sellers and mostly sold in the morning, as a quick breakfast or bought by the students from the nearby college and universities after class hours.

This shy little cake is right to hide as it is one of the most delicious mini cake sold there. Free Mori shows he perfect example for cute and delicious in this cake made of chocolate centre.

Those mini cakes are engorged with flavours and free fruit puree waiting to be served chill with coffee and delight.

Those funny looking cakes are the joy of the younger customers which will often choose them for their birthday. While it cannot be denied that young adult like to prank their friends by bringing those cake to their parties, they make it up with the taste. The panda is tiramisu flavoured and the puffer fish is called the mango delight.
