  • Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

    • 100g brown sugar= 2 minutes jogging on treadmill

    • 125g butter =3 sets of 10 lunges

    • 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence= 16 mountain climbers

    • 225g self-raising flour= 20 sit ups

    • 1 egg= 1 minute wall sit

    • 200g chocolate= 20 high knees

  • Victoria Sponge Recipe:

    • 200g caster sugar= 2 Minutes cross trainer

    • 200g butter = 2x 10 reps on weight machine

    • 300g strawberry jam= 45 second plank

    • 200g self-raising flour= 10 kettle bell swings

    • 4 egg= 16 press ups

    • 1 tsp baking powder= 2 sets of 10 jump squats

    • 100g clotted cream= 30 Step ups

  • Chocolate Brownie Recipe:

    • 175g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing =15 Squats

    • 225g dark chocolate = 15 Kettle Bell Swings

    • 200g caster sugar = 2 Minutes on the treadmill

    • 3 medium eggs = 3 x 10 repetitions on weight machine

    • 65g plain flour = 60 second plank

    • 50g chopped pecan nuts = 50 step ups

  • Caramel Shortbread Recipe:

    • 250g plain flour = 25 Sit ups

  • Some important advice… • Always follow the recipe! If you are working with others, you don’t all

    have to do the same exercise at the same time.

    • Keep count of the number of repetitions.

    • Make sure to rest after each exercise (aim for 20 seconds)

    • Encourage your team mates.

    • And most importantly work hard and have fun!
