Chopra started his Training Centre at Sector-8, Panchkula in year 1990.

At least around 3000 students are already trained from our institution, because of less practical training in engineering colleges frustrated ITI Diploma Holder, Engineering Students come here to gain complete practical experience which they never gain during three years or two years diploma or engineering courses. But in Chopra TV Training Centre there is lot of practical for all of them which comes after doing engineering but not in years in just 45 days or in 3 months. There is no batch system. Every students get individual training. Most of the students from Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, comes here to enhance their practical skills. Here they get practical of basic electronics, radio, tape, CTV, LCD, LED, Refrigerator, Stabilizer, Microwave, Mixi, Geyser and fan etc. Here is also special arrangements for girl student. The fee of every course is very low.

Electronic Engineering , Mechanical Engineering was established on March 16, 1990.

It was the first training centre in the fields of electronics , electrical and mechanical in northern

india. At least around 3000 students are already trained

The goal of our training centre is to foster high-tech professionals to be ready to meet the trend in national economic construction and industrial development through practrical training. We not only expect the college to propel and promote the integration of teaching/research resources and the development of related fields, but also hope that, in a forward-looking, well planned way, it will evolve its own research focus and features to fulfill the needs of professionals in a future society.

We have many goals for this course. Our primary goal is for you to learn to appreciate and use the fundamental design principles of modularity and abstraction in a variety of contexts from electrical engineering , Electronics engineering , Mechanical engineering.Our second goal is to show you that making mathematical models of real systems can help in the design and analysis of those systems, and to give you practice with the difficult step of deciding which aspects of the real world are important to the problem being solved and how to model them in ways that give insight into the problem.Finally, of course, we have the more typical goals of teaching exciting and important basic material from electrical engineering ,Electronics engineering and Mechanical engineering including basic electronic, surface mount technology , decision-making. This material all has an internal elegance and beauty, as well as a crucial role in building modern EE , E.C.E and M.E .
