** The value of 2 M refers to a special condition established by the standards given alongside.
The terminals, located in the rear part of the devices, are manoeuvrable even aftercoupling the component to the support, and are suitable for both flexible and rigidcables. The components are supplied with the screws of the terminals open, toreduce wiring times.
The spring terminals allow you to carry out the wiring in a shorter time, and w ithoutusing screwdrivers or other tools. To insert the cable, it is necessary to press theorange lever (opening of terminal). Releasing the lever, the terminal closesautomatically, firmly blocking the cable.

INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT FOR ITALIAN PLATESThe support is specially designed to apply Italian Standard 2CHORUS module plates on International Standard squareenclosures.Particularly suitable also in the renovation of old buildings, renewing the installations with the design of the Italian Standard 2module plate.
HALF-MODULE MODULAR STRUCTUREThe introduction of half-module components allows for a wide
installation versatility, offering new application solutions. For example, in the three-module frame it is possible to insert two-module components in the central position (e.g. an Italian/GermanStandard socket-outlet).In order to facilitate the installation, the seats of thehousing/module are highlighted in stamping on the support 1/2.
FRONT RELEASE OF COMPONENTS
The innovative coupling method of the CHORUS componentsallows you to insert/extract the components of the range from thefront, facilitating the assembly and wiring operations even after theframe has been fixed on the box. The component is removed fromthe frame by means of a screwdriver.
The holes on the frames guarantee notable installation flexibility, making it possible to fix them directly onto surfaces where the useof a box is not practicable, for example panels, profiles, etc.
The CHORUS frames are made of polycarbonate - a material that guarantees excellent rigidity, robustness and duration over time, makingthis product non-deformable and ensuring high performance levels.

It is possible to connect the input of the device with one (or more) push-buttons, connected side by side. This solution is suitable, for example, for the installation of the device in an environment where the light-sensitive module is positioned in the entrance, for the automatic switching-on of the lights in dark conditions, while in the other points push-buttons are used to switch the lights on manually. The activation is alwayssubject to the light-sensitive module and the adjusted timer, via the potentiometer.
The exclusion of the light-sensitive threshold is obtained by positioning the light selector at the maximum.

DIRECTIONAL LENS
The passive infrared movement detector senses temperature variations within its range of action and, depending on the environmental light, closes a relay contact. When movement stops, the contact automatically opens again after an adjustable set time. The device incorporatesa light-sensitive sensor with an adjustable trip threshold to avoid commanding the service (e.g. lighting equipment) when not necessary.
The exclusion of the light-sensitive threshold is obtained by positioning the light selector at the maximum.

CALL RELAY
BATHROOM ALARM CALL SYSTEM
The Ministerial Decree 236/89 (G.U. 23/June/1989, n145) establishes the technical regulations for the creation of hygienic services forpeople with a disability. In order to avoid architectural barriers, the layout of the sanitary fixtures must not prevent or obstruct themanoeuvres of a wheelchair during the use of the room. From the electrical point of view, in particular there must be an emergency bell located near the toilet and the bath. The alarm circuit must be activated by means of a pull-cord push-button (emergency bell) which, if pressed again, does not silence thealarm. The return to a condition of normality can only be obtained by pressing a remote push-button connected to the reset input of the relay. In order to avoid the unintentional resetting of the alarm, the use of the key push-buttons (e.g. code GW 10 145, GW 12 145 andGW 14 145) is recommended.Apart from the inputs for the "AL" alarm push-button and the "R" reset push-button, the GEWISS call relay, powered at 12V AC/DC,includes an NO + NC output contact with potential at 12V for managing the light/acoustic signalling.

ELECTRONIC RELAY FOR HEAVY-DUTY LOADS
Bistable relay suitable for commanding heavy-duty loads such as the batteries of fluorescent or discharge lamps, or fixed users with a highdraw level, such as air-conditioners, ovens and boilers.
Particularly suitable for commanding loads that involve a frequent alternation of activations and deactivations (lighting in through-areas,commanded by infrared sensors, water and air extraction pumps, etc.).As it is especially quiet, it is also suitable for installation near bedrooms and studies. In the event of a blackout, the relay memorises the user status, in order to restore the same condition when the mains voltage returns. If there is no mains voltage, the contact maintains the position held before the event, in order to reinstate that same condition once themains voltage is restored.

POWER TAKE-OFF
INTERLOCKED SWITCHED SOCKET-OUTLETS
Many danger situations in the domestic environment are caused by faults or insulation leaks in the user devices (especially the portableones), occurring when the appliance is fed.GEWISS has created interlocked switched socket-outlets with a bipolar switch (both miniature circuit breaker and residual miniature circuitbreaker), suitable for installation in the system terminating for load protection. These socket-outlets guarantee that the honeycombs areconnected to the voltage only when the plug is inserted, to prevent the forming of electrical arcs when the plug is inserted and removed. The removal of the plug means the immediate release of the automatic one-way switch.

CHARACTERISTICS ADVANTAGES
Shielding efficiency (in compliance with the regulationIEC - EN 50083-2/A1 - class A).
The sockets, which are in a metal case, are unaffected by theelectromagnetic emissions (EMC) present in the environment.
Impedance adaptation.
System for the quick and safe connection of the coaxial cable.
Undesired signal reflections are avoided.
Maintains the coaxiality of the cable in the connection point.
A range featuring two types: user doors with F connector (typeEN 60169-24) and with IEC male connector 9,5 mm(in compliance with HD 134.2 S2).
Maximum application flexibility with single or centralised systems (new / restored/ arrangements for future extensions).
In satellite reception, due to the frequency range, it is very important to maintain thecoaxiality of the connection, which is a requirement fully met by the innovativeconnection and the use of the F connector.
SIGNAL TAKE-OFF
TV-SAT SOCKETS
The development of television transmission systems and of services intended for the user has raised the performance and quality level requiredfor signal distribution systems.
The new EN 50083 Standards (systems for distribution of television and sound signals via cable) define the present and future European Standard
and establish the requirements that the various parts of the system, including the terminal sockets, must meet.
Thanks to their high performance level, these socket-outlets offer optimal distribution of the signals, both digital and analogic, as required by the
various drivers for access to present and future services.

The electronic timer allows you to command groups of light points or users, programming the automatic switching off after a pre-set periodof time. On the device, there is a push-button for the command, and a LED that indicates the presence of mains voltage. By means of a
rotating selector on the side of the product, it is possible to vary the timing (15"-30"-45"-1'-1'30"-2'-3'-5'-10'-15').Via the command circuit of the remote push-buttons connected, the device allows you to power up to 15 LED signalling units for localisation.5 seconds before the end of the time period set, the device signals the imminent switching off by means of a brief deactivation of the load.Keeping the local push-button pressed for 5 seconds, the stair cleaning function is activated/deactivated, and in this mode the loadremains active for 30 minutes.
RELAY TIMER
The relay timer is equipped with a front push-button for local activation, and is able to manage a series of light points or users, limitingtheir functioning time; it can also be used to command the extractor fan used in bathrooms, thereby avoiding a useless waste of electricalenergy. The timer is also fitted with a LED that indicates the presence of mains voltage, and a rotating selector (located underneath theeasily removable front cover) to determine the duration of the load activation (15"-30"-45"-1'-1'30"-2'-3-5'-10'-15'). By means of thecommand circuit of the remote push-buttons connected, the device allows you to power the signalling units for the localisation function, upto a maximum of 15. Keeping the local push-button pressed for 5 seconds, the "stair cleaning" function is activated/deactivated (for themodes 1 and 2), or the "fan forcing" function (for 3 and 4). In these modes, the load remains active for 30 minutes.
Depending on the contact connection, it is possible to select one ofthe following operational modes:1- Timing with delay reset2- Timing without delay reset
3- Delay in the stopping of the extractor fan after the switchingoff of the lamp (the extractor fan turns on when the lamp isswitched on)
4- The timed switching on and off of the extractor fan occurs afterthe light switches off.

THERMOSTAT
The flush-mounting thermostat commanding a boiler and/or an air-conditioner regulates the temperature in an easy, efficient way.The choice of temperature is made by simply rotating the knob and positioning it on the value you want.
The frontal selector allows you to select 3 different functioning modes.- SUMMER (air-conditioner) - the output will be active when the temperature recorded by the thermostat is greater than the value indicated
by the knob.- WINTER (boiler) - the relay output will be active when the temperature recorded by the thermostat is lower than the value indicated
by the knob. In Winter mode, the antifreeze function is active, pre-set at +5C.- OFF - the output is never activated.
POWER SUPPLYInsulation transformer suitable for the power supply of a gas or water detector1. Internally protected against overloading, short-circuitingand excessively high temperatures.
The thermostat is fitted with two LEDs; the yellow light has alocalisation function, while the green one indicates the activation ofthe output.

The gas detectors reveal the presence of dangerous substances (CH4/LPG) in the domestic environment where they are installed- Indicator lights and acoustic alarm signalling- Closure of a solenoid valve, via relay- Possibility to send a text message of alarm by means of the GSM repeater (GW 90 821)- Indicator lights for malfunctioning of sensor or device- Function for operational test of the deviceThe closure of the solenoid valve via the relay is carried out approximately 20s from the start of the alarm situation. The push-button allows you to carry out the operational test: when pressed, the red LED lights up (alarm signalling), the buzzer sounds and, after about 20s, the relay is activated. Upon the release of the push-button, the signalling is immediately deactivated. The detector can be connected to the mains by means of the power supply module (GW 10 719 - GW 12 719 - GW 14 719).

WATER DETECTOR WITH WIRELESS SENSOR
The water detector system consists of a flush-mounting detector and a wall-mounting sensor, operating on a wireless basis at the frequencyof 868 MHz. The water sensor reveals the presence of any type of liquid, operating by means of ultrasounds. This technology avoids the
oxidation of the contacts due to humidity, and therefore the untimely intervention of the detector.Possibility to send a text message of alarm by means of the GSM repeater (GW 90 821).The device allows you to:- reveal the presence of any type of liquid- activate the alarm via indicator lights and acoustic signals, and activate a solenoid valve- send an alarm directly to the user, via the repeater.
The probe has a push-button which permits the association with the detector, the inhibition of the sensor, or the carrying out of theoperational test, as well as a LED on the front to indicate the working status. The detector is equipped with three LEDs (power supply, operational test, sensor programming, alarm, signalling of faulty sensor and flatsensor battery), a buzzer (acoustic alarm signal) and a push-button (probe association). Each detector device can be associated with up to 5 water-presence detector probes in wireless mode.
The detector must be powered with a voltage of 12V AC/DC by means of a transformer/power supply (GW 10 719 - GW 12 719 -GW 14 719).
