My  approach to weddings is mainly a reportage style.

A relaxed, documentary-style, fly-on-the-wall approach, unobtrusively capturing each moment as it happens, enabling the full story of your wedding to be relived by you and future generations in years to come …

If price is your primary motivation then I can guarantee you will find someone cheaper.... however; if you’re looking for someone with vision, creativity and commitment then keep reading...

Option Zero £660+

(À la carte)

this takes a modular approach suitable for DIY/Rock n' Roll Brides or anyone else who would prefer put together their own package or wants to put off some of the costs until after the wedding (ultimately if you buy all the extras then it works out at the same cost as the bigger packages).

On the day

Coverage of you and your guests arriving at your wedding venue, the ceremony itself (subject to approval of the venue), any planned and/or formal shots, and reportage-style coverage right up to and including the first couple of dances.

After the event

you will get 300-400 edited images in a password-protected online gallery with print ordering service for you and your guests, and a disc with all final images perfect  for sharing images of your wedding on Facebook etc..

A 18x18cm bespoke, high quality 80 page linen-covered hardback album of your favourite images printed on fine art 115gsm paper   

  High Resolution disc £1000

A fully licensed, high resolution disc with 300-400 edited images, which means you will be free to distribute the photos as you please: print, make albums, copy and share online as much as you like.

A pre-wedding photo shoot. Anywhere you like from punting on the Thames to a picnic by the river Seine to just a walk in the park. Perhaps where you and you're fiancé first met, or got engaged? This will help us get to know one another and allows you to be more relaxed in front of the camera on your big day.

On the day

Coverage of the bride or groom getting ready, you and your guests arriving at your wedding venue, the ceremony itself (subject to approval of the venue), any planned and/or formal shots, and reportage-style coverage right up to and including the first couple of dances, with no time restrictions.

After the event

You will receive:A 30x30cm bespoke, high quality 80 page linen-covered hardback album of your favourite images printed on fine art 115gsm paper A fully licensed, high resolution disc with 400-600 edited images, which means you will be free to distribute the photos as you please: print, make albums, copy and share online as much as you like. An online, password-protected gallery, allowing your guests to view your pictures and order prints.

TWO

Fine Art +£600 (included in option Two)

High quality 80 page 115gsm paper, 30x30cm linen-covered hardback album Additional parent albums 18x18cm at £200 each

Folio Albums +£1250

Beautiful 80 page 30x30cm handmade albums printed on 310gsm fine art cotton rag paper. Cover options include leather, heavyweight 100% cotton, silk or photo cotton. Presented in an ethically produced bamboo box, naturally beautiful, FSC certified, and even made with a soy-based glue which has minimal VOCs.

All Fine Art, Folio and Queensberry albums use inks, pigments and papers of an archival nature (acid free and sustainably sourced), which like the film option below will last for years and years, and if stored somewhere suitable the images of your wedding will still be available for your great-great-grandchildren to stumble upon in the attic!

Film?  +£1200

For the discerning connoisseur…. In the digital age film is something that clients are increasingly requesting. In the hands of a skilled photographer, film produces incredible professional results, with its own unique tonal qualities which digital capture can’t quite emulateOne of the main reason for this demand appears to be the archival nature of film. If stored somewhere suitable, the images of your wedding will still be available for your great-great-grandchildren to stumble upon in the attic! With the film option, everything is shot with state of the art medium format Hasselblad cameras. You will receive all colour slides and negatives as well as a disc of high resolution scans.

FILM

Another professional photographer? +£1500 

A second, experienced professional photographer allows for full coverage of both the bride and groom getting ready and adds a greater depth of reportage documentation to your big day, doubling the number of images you receive.

Photo booth? +£1000 

With everyone dressed up they will all want their picture taken!Somewhere at your reception venue we can have a user activated camera complete with studio lights, backdrop and props of you’re choice ready and waiting for your guests to take selfies all night long.

Q , your work is fantastic I’m happy to book you without meeting you, what do I need to do… please tell me you’re still available?

A , Although I prefer to meet potential clients prior to booking ultimately all I need to reserve your date, is a returned signed wedding agreement and a £600 deposit.

Q, you’re style is reportage, does this mean you don’t do formals?

A, I will shoot the (same as every other wedding you’ve ever seen) boring formal symmetrical regimented pictures on request as I am aware that some more traditional members of the family may want those sort of images for the mantel piece, but I would like to keep these to a minimum, as I know this is not why you hired me,

Q,what about set up shotsA, I will put some input into setting events in motion to capture a spontaneous moments such as a couple lost in a passionate kiss while the world whizzes past, or suggest a game of basketball ,

Q…Ive been at some weddings where photographers have ruined the day by bossing everyone arround before dragging the bride and groom

away for hoursA,…In general until I ask guests to assemble for the ubiquitous group shot most of them don’t even realise I’m there, and if you do want to do some pre-planed/spontainious jumping on the bed shots ect these will only take 20 mins or so leaving you lots of time to celebrate with you’re guests,

Q, I don’t like having my picture taken or being forced into some akward unrealistic pose

A, me nether, I will only ever reluctantly give you minimal direction, and certainly never manhandle you into those fake poses that the bride clone wedding industry tells you you should be in, Im interested in who you are and feel your wedding pictures should be a reflection of yourself on you’re wedding day as ultimately you are celebrating you’re love for each other
