Balanced general ledgerentries are always created.

Payslips — printed or by emailchris21 has a number of standard payslipsfrom which to choose, with the user specifyingwhat can be displayed, eg holiday balances,messages and annual salary are all user-selectable. Payslip history is provided anddetails can be viewed at any time. Payslips canalso be sent by email to any group ofemployees, it is simply your choice.

By usingpasswords an employee can changeappropriate records eg address changes, bankdetails and also make enquiries to thedatabase. Examples of this are: leave balances,payslip history, training courses attended andvacancy applications. A complete audit log ismaintained when data changes are made andthe database is updated real time.

Manager approvals/workflowManager approvals occur directly fromemployee’s making changes. This workflowprocess will dynamically create emails andupdate the database once a managers’approval has been given. Examples of theseprocesses are leave applications, time sheets,expense forms.
