DAY 01: DEPART USAToday: Your pilgrimage begins today as you depart on your overnight flight to Warsaw. Meals and drinks served aloft.

DAY 02: ARRIVE IN WARSAW Today: Arrive in Warsaw. Upon arrival into Warsaw, you are met with your guide and transferred to your hotel. After-noon sightseeing of Poland’s capital will include the Old Town, Market Place, Łazienki Park, the Chopin Monument, St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, the 14th century Cathedral of St. John, and the Royal Castle; the residence of the Polish King. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 03: WARSAW / NIEPOKALANÓW / ŁÓDŹToday: You start early this morning to visit Niepokalanów, the home of St. Maximilian Kolbe. Continue on to Głogow-iec, the birthplace of Sr. Faustina, where Jesus appeared to her in 1931 and requested the spaint the picture of His Di-vine Mercy. We will continue to your hotel in Łódź.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 04: ŁÓDŹ / CZĘSTOCHOWA / AUSCHWITZ CAMP / KRAKÓWToday: Today’s journey takes you to Jasna Góra near Częstochowa, the monastery that withstood the repeated onslaught of overwhelming Swedish forces during the reli-gious wars of the 17th century. Since then, its Black Madon-na is venerated as the “Queen of Poland” and has become the country’s national symbol. Visit the Pauline Monastery with its priceless treasures, including the Miraculous Icon. Stop to see the Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz. After seeing the cells of St. Maximilian Kolbe, continue to Kraków.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 05: KRAKÓW / WIELICZKA / KRAKÓWToday: You will have a morning tour of ancient Kraków, the residence of the Polish kings for many centuries. See the Mar-ket Square, the 14th Century University, Wawel Royal Castle, St. Mary’s Church, and the Shrine of Sr. Faustina. In the afternoon, we will go to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, where we explore the cham-bers of the Blessed Kings and St. Anthony of the Holy Cross. We visit the spectacular cathedral where everything is carved from salt, including the gigantic chandeliers. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 06: KRAKÓW / PRAGUEToday: Depart in the morning for the Czech capital of Prague. If time permits, we will stop en route at the Shrine of St. Cyril and Methodius in Velehrad to learn how these two saints brought Christianity and propagated the faith throughout this part of Europe. We will continue to Prague, upon arrival, you will under-stand why the “Golden City” is considered one of Europe’s most attractive capitals. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 07: PRAGUEToday: This morning’s sightseeing tour of Prague includes a walking tour of the Castle area, including the St. Vitus Cathe-dral, St. George Basilica, Loretto Church, Strahov Monastery, and Wenceslaus Square. This afternoon, you see the Old Town, St. Nicholas Church and the famous Astronomic Clock. Celebrate Mass at the Church of our Lady of Victory, where you will see the statue of the Infant Jesus in Prague. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 08: PRAGUE / MELK / VIENNAToday: You depart for Austria and the majestic old world city of Vienna. En route, stop for Mass at the baroque Melk Abbey, the most beautiful in Austria, where you see the glorious gardens, Emperor’s gallery, marble hall, and its library. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 09: VIENNA / MARIAZELL / VIENNAToday: Today’s tour includes the Terraced Gardens of Prince Eu-gene’s Belvedere Palace, Hofburg Palace, and the State Opera. Vis-it the Schönbrunn Palace and the main Marian Shrine in Austria, Mariazell, where you will have Mass. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 10: VIENNA / BUDAPESTToday: Travel east and cross the border to Hungary, proceed-ing onward through the region of Transdanubia to Budapest. En route, stop at the only Benedictine Abbey in Hungary where you celebrate Mass. The Pannonhalma Abbey was established in 996 and was visited by Pope John Paul II on the occasion of its 1,000 anniversary celebration. Evening: Continue to your hotel in Budapest for dinner and over-night.

DAY 11: BUDAPEST Today: Today’s sightseeing includes the 13th century Matthi-as Coronation Church, the Citadel on Mount Gellert, The Neo – Gothic Parliament, Heroes Square, St. Stephen Church, and the Castle Hill area. Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

DAY 12: BUDAPEST / USAToday: In the morning, we will transfer to the airport to catch our return flight home.

THE TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

Air Transportation Economy classes and Round Trip airfares are based at the time of the reservation. Rates and Times are subject to change without notice. Airfares, once issued, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON –TRANSFER-ABLE AND CAN’T BE USED TOWARDS FUTURE TRAVEL.Land Transportation All land transportation as described in the itinerary will be by Deluxe Motor Coach. Some may be equipped with WI-FI service.Hotels First-class hotels with double occupancy (2 people per room with a private bath). Neither Nativity Pilgrimage nor the trip coordinator are respon-sible in providing a roommate.Single Room There is an additional cost of $640 per person specified on the registration form. Single rooms are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Meal Plan The meal plan offers 2 meals per day and consists of both break-fast and dinner. You are responsible for your lunch.Baggage Nativity Pilgrimage limits all passengers to 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 carry-on. (All passengers should check with the airlines car-riers for up to date baggage weight and dimensions).Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and Security Fees.Daily Mass.Protection Plan during the trip.

THE TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Expenses for passports or any additional documents that may be required. Personal articles, laundry, wines, liquors, mineral water, tea, coffee and oth-er beverages, food that is not on the menus of your included meal package, and any additional luggage. Any sightseeing, other services, or personal items that are not specifically mentioned as being included in the itinerary.Tips for your guide & driver ($140 collected before departure).Lunch.Cancellation Protection Plan not included and is highly recommended attime of registration.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required at time of booking. No reservation will be processed without a deposit. Final pay-ment is due 90 days prior to your departure date. Registrations received late within 60 days of departure will require Payment In Full. No deposits will be accepted at this time. We do not accept payments by credit card for deposits.
