ENTRY FEES MEMBERS: Poultry $ 3.00 per entry Bantams $ 3.00 per entry Pigeons $ 3.00 per entry Juniors (all classes) $ 1.50 per entry Eggs (incl decorative) $ 1.00 per saucer NON-MEMBERS: Poultry $ 5.00 per entry Bantams $ 5.00 per entry Pigeons $ 5.00 per entry Juniors (all classes) $ 3.00 per entry Eggs (incl decorative) $ 2.00 per saucer

Juniors showing the same breed or variety as a senior member of their family MUST show in the OPEN classes.

Entries will be accepted on a first in first served basis. The Secretary and Show Manager reserve the right to restrict the total number of entries, should this be deemed necessary. Exhibitors will be restricted to no more than 2 entries per class except for Any Other Recognised Breed or Any Other Recognised Colour classes where additional entries will be accepted provided that no more than 2 entries are of any one breed or colour (breed and colour to be stated on entry form).

Where there is more than one recognised colour per breed but there is only one class for the breed, an exhibitor can enter 2 birds per colour in these classes, eg, Australorp black and white can be entered in the Australorp class.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENTRY FEE. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.

MEMBERS must pay their membership at time of entries. A members ticket admits the holder to the show free of charge during the two days.

BIRDS MUST NOT BE HANDLED DURING THE SHOW

BEFORE REMOVING your birds, you MUST get a steward or committee member to check them.

All birds left in show pens after 11:00 am Sunday 25th June, except those to be freighted by the committee are left at the owners risk.
