Christian Camille

Christian Camille was born in Poland and raised in Germany. His musical journey started in 1996 in Canada, when he lived in Waterloo and Toronto, as well as in Windsor and Detroit. Without any further explanation, you can imagine how this time has influenced him.

From the year 2004 he studied art and sound at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, making a name of himself as a local DJ covering all important clubs and spinning at international venues and festivals.

In Vienna he worked for the internet radio station Play.FM (www.play.fm). During that time he hosted also two monthly radio shows (‘Musikerziehung’ (with Patrick Testor) for Micro House and Minimal and ‘Broken Arrow’ concentrating on Breaks and Garage). Christian is also present on the Viennaise radio FM4 from time to time.

Christian Camille moved to Mexico City in 2009, where he has become part of the the world famous House Salad Crew.

His style varies from Minimal Electronic Music over House and Tech House to Techno, Breaks and Garage House. Christian released on several important labels, including Sugar Shack Recordings in the USA or Salvatore Vitrano’s Boogiemonsterbeats in Naples.

Christian Camille contributes actively to the House Movement. His mixes are known all around the world, as he is regularly invited to shows like Colour of House (Chicago House FM), Deep Funk Files (My House Your House) , Little Routine (France), UGLYHOUSE (UK) or La Boum Deluxe (AT), just to name few.
