Christian Life Church Frankfort, Indiana Christian Life Church contacted Omega Church Consultants, Inc. and Omega Realty, Inc. to assist them with the purchase and development of property at a new location. The commercial property is located on the heavily travelled main road in town in the midst of new retail and dining development. The seven-acre property features three existing warehouse buildings of about 13,000 sq. ft. each. The existing infrastructure includes the entry drive and parking areas, retention pond, underground electric service, and more. The pastor and his team have worked with Omega to develop a master plan for the property that initially calls for the development of one of the post and beam warehouse structures into the new home of CLC. The expanded and renovated facility will provide 14,532 sq. ft. of main floor space and 1,268 sq. ft. on the new second floor. The fan-shaped Sanctuary includes 290 congregational seats, 31 choir seats, and the platform will seat 29 for a total seating capacity of 350. The platform is designed to facilitate dramas. A choir room and prayer room flank each side of the platform. These rooms will also be used as staging areas during dramas. The sanctuary is designed for multi-use, including as a banquet room. The sanctuary has a flat floor, chair seating, and adjoining table and chair storage. A commercial kitchen adjoins the sanctuary and includes an outside delivery door, a large pantry, and laundry room. The entry foyer is large, with a high ceiling, and runs front to back through the building with carports on each end. In the center of the foyer is a circular guest services desk. Centrally-located and with a glass wall open to the foyer, a large guest reception area includes sofas, café tables, and a food service area. The office suite is accessed through the guest reception area. The office suite includes the pastor’s office with conference table and guest seating areas and a full bath and private entrance from the back parking area. The suite includes four additional offices and a 13’ x 25’ conference and multi-use work room. Educational space includes five large classrooms, plus a nursery with restroom and separate private nursing and sleeping rooms.

The upper floor includes an elevated baptistery area that opens to the sanctuary above and behind the choir. The baptistery area is served by dressing rooms and a restroom on the main floor behind the platform. The images on this page are from a 3D computer model created by Omega.
