• HCA offers HCC the opportunity to propose a network of single-track trails, at least 10 km in length, through the South Shore of Christie Conservation Area
• HCC gladly accepts challenge!
Intervening Activities
• 01.29.11 - HCC scouts the South Shore on foot
• 02.06.11 - HCC makes GPS track of existing double-track trails
• HCC creates a map of existing double-track trails

FRIDAYFive hours to a full day to assess proposed trail project site and flag it. Please no more than two or three people in addition to the crewMeet with land managers, city officials, trail users, etc. for presentations and/or informal discussion (optional)Social event (optional)
SATURDAY: IMBA TRAILBUILDING SCHOOLTrail building classroom instruction (9 a.m. - noon)Lunch (noon - 1 p.m.)Build trail in the afternoon (1 p.m. - 4 p.m.)
SUNDAYRide in the morning. Optional social lunch. Please do not plan a second build day.
