Private Dinner PartyIf you have a larger group of people to organise, why not hire one of our highly appointed function suites exclusively?
The Winterlake Suite comes with its dedicated reception area and bar, and comfortably seats up to 270 guests. We also have a number of private dining rooms which can be used for smaller parties. Includes a three course dinner with coffee and mince pies, disco and Christmas novelties.
We can also offer tailor-made menus and bespoke extras such as theming, entertainment and decor.

New Year’s Eve Dinner DanceWhat better way to welcome 2010 than enjoying a fabulous night to remember in the Winterlake Suite?
The evening starts with champagne and canapés in The Terrace Bar from 7pm. The fabulous five course meal is served at 8pm finishing with coffee and petits fours, and table entertainment by a magician.
At midnight you can enjoy another glass of champagne together with cheese and biscuits while watching the fireworks over the lake. Then dance the night away to our DJ until the small hours.

TERM & CONDITIONSAll bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days, after which they will be released. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you once the deposit has been received.
A deposit of £20.00 per person (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking. £40 per person for bookings with accommodation.
For bookings taken after 1st November, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Payment of your deposit confirms you accept our terms and conditions. The minimum age for attending Christmas Party nights at the hotel is 18 years.
All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or services. Cheques should be made payable to Crowne Plaza Marlow. Only one cheque per booking will be permitted.
No party bookings may be charged to account unless a credit facility is established prior to the event.
Large groups may be split over two or more tables. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers.
No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will not be permitted on the premises.

Party organisers are asked to inform everyone in their party of these terms and conditions.
