We have experienced in house Sound Engineers for all you’re live music requirements. They will take the stress out of setting up and looking after all you’re live acts, presentations and all audio and visual requirements. Facilities include free Wi-Fi internet access, large projection screens and a full PA system suitable for live music, all of which is available at no extra cost. Addi-tional features include a built in stage with its own independent lighting system that can be used for you’re entertainment as well as for presentations and award ceremonies.

As part of our event service we can help you shape and manage all your entertainment needs. We have full audio and light sound facilities including full professional DJ equipment from our Pioneer CD decks, to our top of the range turntables designed by Technics, which includes their own PA system, plus a Laptop link to our projection system for visuals.

All your functions expenses on food & drink within Bar Music Hall will count towards the minimum spend. Unfortunately no refunds will be made if you do not reach the minimum spend by the time your func-tion ends. We are able to update you on the takings anytime during your function. Please bear in mind we promote responsible drinking and encourage customers to drink sensibly.

Please note the following terms & conditions for all Dinner, Canapé & Party Board Menus.

1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing, with a non-refundable £10 deposit per person. 2. An enquiry does not substitute a booking. 3. We regret that bills cannot be issued to individuals, one bill will be given to the party organiser. 4. All changes to any booking must be made in writing. 5. Prices include VAT at the current rate we accept all major credit cards, supported by a valid PIN. 6. Please ensure that all party members are aware that cancellations made two weeks before the function (or under) will bear a 50% charge. 7. We reserve the right to charge 100% menu charge to you’re bill for each non-attending booked party member. 8. The party organiser must ensure all party members are aware of the terms & conditions of this booking. 9. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all bills at the end of the event.

Exclusive hire of the venue would allow you to host a sit-down meal for 100 guests, or a big bash for 350 to 500 friends and acquain-tances. A large space such as this is spot on for big events. A la carte, canapé and drinks only menus are served, as well as week-end brunch specials. Such a vast space offers a lot of versatility;

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING FORMS

The Bar Music Hall is available for exclusive hire for all occasions on a minimum spend basis.

Minimum Spend: In order for us to close the venue to the public we need to recover the usual income we would make over the restau-rant / bar; we do this by requesting a minimum spend from your func-tion. Your minimum spending will need to match these revenue targets:
