Resident Parking Lot Clearing

Clearing the lots when it snows is important to keep Residents, staff and visitors safe. When plans are made to clear the parking lots, we require that you move your vehicle, or make arrangements to have your vehicle moved for you. If you are unable to have your vehicle moved, as a courtesy our drivers will move them, if time allows. In this case your vehicle must be running order. We will not be boosting vehicles that do not start. If

towing or boosting is required, that will be at the ex-pense of the Resi-dent.

Rotary Villas Shuffleboard

League

The first round of shuffleboard league play ended today with playoffs. The champs are Larry Couling and Marjorie Roney. The next round will be starting January 6th.

Greetings from the Leasing Department. As we make our way through 2019, I look forward to what 2020 has in store for us. I hope every-one had a good Christmas season and didn’t eat too much. I just wanted to take this oppor-tunity to remind everyone about our Rotary Vil-las Referral Program. This is how it works……if you know someone that may be interested in moving into Rotary Villas, give me their name and if they end up moving in you receive $1000 off your next months rent. I will not contact or bother the potential resident in any way. We currently have some 2 bedroom suites available which is very rare as there are limited amount of 2 bedroom suites in Rotary Villas. We also still have a nice selection of 1 bedroom suites avail-able as well. Let’s hope the mild temperatures continue through the month of January, but I think that’s a lot to ask. That’s about all from the Leasing Department for this month. Take care and stay warm!
